Thankfulness

*If you own just one Bible, you are abundantly blessed. One -third of all the world does not have access to even one.

*If you woke this morning with more health than illness, you are more blessed than the million who will not survive this week.

*If you have never experienced the danger of battle, the lonliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation, you are ahead of 500 million people in the world.

*If you can attend a church meeting without fear of harrassment, arrest, torture, or death, you are more blessed than three billion people in the world.

*If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof over your head and a place to sleep , you are richer than 75 % of this world.

*If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish someplace, you are among 8 % of the world's wealthy.

*If your parents are still married and alive, you are very rare, even in the United States.

*If you hold up your head with a smile on your face and are truly thankful, you are blessed because the majority can but most do not.

*If you can hold someone's hand, hug them, or even touch them on the shoulder, you are blessed.

*If you prayed yesterday and today, you are blessed because you blieved in Go'd willingness to hear and answer prayer.

*If you believe in Jesus as the Son of God, you are part of a small minority in the world.

*If you can read this message, you are more blessed than over two million people in the world who cannot read anything at all.

*found this in a box of things yesterday. Hope it blesses you as it did me, Happy Thanksgiving!

verses to ponder on this Thanksgiving week and always...

"Be anxious for nothing, but n everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God" (Phillippians 4:6)

"And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father."(Colossians 3:17)

"In everything give thanks; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus" (1 Thessalonians 5:18)

*Be back later;

Happy hunting & happy eating!

Matthew 6:25-34

25“So I tell you, don’t worry about the food you need to live. And don’t worry about the clothes you need for your body. Life is more important than food. And the body is more important than clothes. 26Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or save food in barns. But your heavenly Father feeds those birds. And you know that you are worth much more than the birds. 27You cannot add any time to your life by worrying about it.

28“And why do you worry about clothes? Look at the flowers in the field. See how they grow. They don’t work or make clothes for themselves. 29But I tell you that even Solomon, the great and rich king, was not dressed as beautifully as one of these flowers. 30God clothes the grass in the field like that. That grass is living today, but tomorrow it is thrown into the fire to be burned. So you know that God will clothe you much more. Don’t have so little faith!

31Don’t worry and say, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’ 32All the people that don’t know God try to get these things. Don’t worry, because your Father in heaven knows that you need these things. 33The thing you should want most is God’s kingdom and doing the good things God wants you to do. Then all these other things you need will be given to you. 34So don’t worry about tomorrow. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Tomorrow will have its own worries.

*This passage puts to rest a lot of the thoughts I have been having this week. This really just says it all and tells us exactly what we should be doing. And the one thing that we should not do is, WORRY!!

Have a good weekend!

Tuesdays turnout

No matter what happens in this election ,we must keep going and fighting the good fight of faith . And that is a fight for your souls eternity .Not passing judgement on any one, fighting over nonsense ( majority of the time over a brothers law not Gods law).My point is we have a duty to fill , and that is to go out and teach all nations the gospel and baptizing them in the name of the Father the Son and the Holy Ghost .Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you .Matt 28 :18-20 Because all power has been given unto Jesus Christ vs. 18 Not to Obama nor McCain. We must live our faith no matter what . Even if its just for our families .Look at what Titus 2 vs 1 teach with sound doctrine ,it mean you live out your faith in a godly conduct no matter who you are or how old you are male or female. But here at these home things are NOT GOING TO CHANGE ! AND THE ONLY HOPE THAT WE HAVE IS FROM GOD.

Joshua 24:15 (King James Version)

15And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: >but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD>
AND HIM ONLY!!!!
